Philip B. Jewell

Philip B. Jewell (1816- ) moved from Saint Croix Falls to Hudson in 1851, where he engaged in lumbering and piloting on the Saint Croix River. On October 30, 1861, he will enlist in the 12th Wisconsin Infantry, Company A, and will be discharged with a disability on May 7, 1865.
